Hi! I’m Haley Strachan, a certified personal trainer with 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’m passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals and build a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

My Athletic Background

Growing up, I was an active and competitive athlete, participating in gymnastics, dance, and softball. My love for softball led me to play at the NCAA collegiate level. This experience instilled in me the importance of discipline, hard work, and overcoming adversity.

Education and Experience

I have a BS in Exercise Science and Wellness from the University of Minnesota. My fitness journey began at age 12 when I started training at FitLife, a private training facility in Scottsdale. After graduating, I had the opportunity to return to FitLife as a trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

I believe in a preventative approach to fitness, focusing on building a strong foundation to avoid injuries and improve overall health. I’m also passionate about helping clients recover from injuries and surgeries, guiding them to regain their strength and confidence.
