Personal Trainer – My name is JD Durso, and I am a Personal Fitness Coach at SMTF Scottsdale. From a young age, fitness and sports have been an integral part of my life, shaping me into the passionate and dedicated individual I am today. As a Personal Fitness Coach, my goal is to assist and inspire others in finding happiness and fulfillment through physical and mental well-being. Growing up, I was deeply involved in various sports activities, which instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. These experiences ignited my passion for fitness and sparked my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Witnessing the transformative power of exercise and its ability to enhance both physical and mental health, I knew that becoming a Personal Fitness Coach was the path I wanted to pursue.Throughout my professional journey, I have dedicated myself to honing my knowledge and skills in the field of fitness. I have obtained certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition. This comprehensive understanding allows me to offer a holistic approach to my coaching, focusing on the interplay between physical fitness and mental well-being.I strongly believe that true happiness is achieved when both the mind and body are in harmony.
