Hi, I’m Quentin, just a big kid originally from New Jersey. I am an experienced personal trainer specializing in bodybuilding, muscle building, and fat loss. I have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and excel in designing tailored workout programs that maximize muscle growth and over all fat reduction. Outside of bodybuilding, my skill set extends to flexibility training, ensuring that clients not only build muscle but also maintain a full range of motion for overall functional fitness in their day to day and professional lives.

My small group training sessions offer a supportive and motivating environment for individuals to push their boundaries and achieve remarkable results together. As a dedicated diet consultant, I provide personalized nutrition plans and meal preparation that complement workouts, promoting sustainable fat loss and muscle gain.

My emphasis on keto education sets me apart, as I deliver comprehensive guidance on the ketogenic diet, empowering clients to make informed choices for their health and fitness.
